Many group classes are offered every week in Dinard at a small studio in the city center,online and by the sea during summer. The classes are either active or passive practice and limited to a small group of 5 in studio and 15 person outdoor.
With 11 years of personal practice and over 4 years of teaching aorund the world, my goal is to share a version of yoga that is simple, non-intimidating, and enjoyable. 
In my classes, we explore how yoga philosophy can be integrated into everyday life—all while moving, breathing, and having fun.
You set the pace: options are offered for every pose so that your practice can be as gentle or as dynamic as you wish.
